Terms & Conditions for Shopping at YOUCARE
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods through YOUCARE's websites. The agreement is entered into between the buyer and:

Placing an order
Orders placed via our website are not a legally binding agreement. YOUCARE has the right to cancel orders due to printing errors, delivery failures, technical problems, etc.
Order confirmation and invoice will only be sent to you after we have shipped your order. You will automatically receive an email stating which items have been ordered. The electronic receipt is only for receipt of your order and is not a legally binding order confirmation. The agreement is only binding when you have received an email from YOUCARE confirming that the order has been shipped.
Payment
YOU-CARE.dk can accept payments through a payment provider with the following payment cards and services: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and MobilePay. No payment fee is charged in connection with the transaction.
In connection with the payment being made, your payment information will be stored until the transaction has gone through. Your payment and card information is stored with our payment provider Flatpay. See YOUCARE's cookie and privacy policy for further information on data collection and storage.
Delivery
We offer delivery through several shipping providers: GLS, Postnord, dao, and others.
We offer free shipping to parcel shops in Denmark on orders over DKK 499.
You can always see the shipping costs when you place your order, and also have the option to choose your preferred supplier.
Expected delivery time is 2-3 business days for stock items. In the case of backorders, longer delivery times may occur. The status is shown next to the item on the website. If you order multiple items, you will only receive your order when all items are in stock. If you want to receive stock items immediately, we recommend dividing the purchase into multiple orders.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at YOUCARE.
The withdrawal period is calculated from the day on which you:
- Received the item
- Receives the last item if your order includes in-stock items and pre-orders
Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us at info@you-care.dk that you wish to cancel your purchase. In the message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of these terms.
Please note that:
- Refusing to receive goods or failing to pick up at a parcel shop does not constitute a cancellation of the purchase unless YOUCARE has been clearly notified of the cancellation.
- Goods that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons are where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Return
Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged properly. You bear the risk of shipping. Therefore, it is always a good idea to save the postal receipt and any T&T number.
Condition of the item upon return
You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the goods if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
All YOUCARE products are sealed and therefore cannot be returned after use.
Refund upon cancellation and return of the item
If you regret and return your purchase, you will of course receive a full refund, including delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
- If you have purchased multiple items in one order, but regret part of your purchase, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
- If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest one offered, we will only refund the cheapest shipping solution.
If the value of the item has decreased, the decrease will be deducted from the purchase price.
Your payment will be refunded within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation, as well as the standard form, which can be downloaded via this link.
Important: we do not accept shipments sent by cash on delivery or by direct attendance at YOUCARE.
Satisfaction guarantee
YOUCARE is only satisfied when you are satisfied. When you buy our products, you always have a 24-month warranty if there are any defects or deficiencies in your product. This means that you can basically get the product exchanged, a discount on the price or your money back, depending on the specific case.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of the product's expiration date, incorrect use or storage, or other harmful behavior.
If you wish to make a complaint about a product, please contact us at info@you-care.dk. Please include a detailed description of the complaint, as well as any documentation.
Complaints will normally be processed within 7 business days.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
Privacy Policy
In order for you to enter into a trade agreement, we need the following information about you:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Information about what you have purchased
The purpose of processing personal data is to be able to deliver the goods to you and to handle any inquiries regarding your purchase.
Personal data is registered with YOUCARE for five years, after which the information is deleted. We always ensure your consent so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and when it is deleted, and what rights you have as a data subject.
Access to complaints
If you are dissatisfied or want to complain about your purchase, please reach out to us at info@you-care.dk. We love satisfied customers, which is why we also have our satisfaction guarantee.
If, contrary to our expectations, we still fail to find a solution, you can complain to:

- The European Commission's online complaints portal (particularly relevant for consumers residing in the EU)

Reservations and disclaimer
YOUCARE makes reservations for pricing errors, technical errors, sold-out items and delayed deliveries from suppliers, as well as force majeure.
