At YOUCARE, we are committed to providing a satisfying experience with every purchase. In line with EU consumer rights, we offer a 14-day return period while upholding the highest hygiene standards.
Conditions for Returns:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Due to hygiene reasons, products with broken seals cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact us at returns@you-care.dk with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return in its original condition.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned or the product is faulty.
- If an upgraded shipping method was selected, only the standard shipping rate will be refunded.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email returns@you-care.dk with photos of the product. We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
Tracking & Responsibility:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. YOUCARE is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.
